Brunswick Team - Signature Smiles Dental

Hi, my name is Michelle and I started my journey in the dental industry in 2006. After years of experience in clinical, administrative and management roles, I found there was still something missing in my day-to-day. I was craving a better working environment and a bigger purpose. Dr. Omar Salameh invited me to Signature Smiles in Streetsboro, before the drywall was even up. Our professional paths had crossed before, and I was thrilled he thought I was the one for the job. As he walked me through a dust-covered construction site, he described to me in great detail his mission to change lives by providing more for his patients, and how he saw me fitting into that. Working alongside the Salameh family (Omar, Issa, and Seim), has further fueled my desire to grow both personally and professionally. I can genuinely say we have become more than colleagues, we’ve become lifelong friends. My husband Joshua and I, married in 2007. We enjoy date nights, yoga and playing volleyball—although I am not very good! We adore our two growing children, Corbin and Ellie. As a family, we like camping, hiking, game nights and football. We took our first family trip to Disney in 2018, and we are hooked! We are eagerly planning our next family adventure. I grew up in Streetsboro, and called it home for many years. And although I currently reside in Stow, I still feel very connected to the community. It’s amazing to see the growth of the city over the last 30+ years.
