With this information, we can plan out your procedure in advance and develop surgical guides that will make treatment quick and highly precise. We’ll also create molds of your mouth and teeth that our lab will use as the basis of your customized, comfortable dentures.

Step 2: 6-Hour Transformation

When we say 100% anxiety-free dentistry, we truly mean that. Our main priority when you return for your procedure is to make you completely comfortable. Our sedation services enable you to sleep through your treatment. You won’t feel anything during or remember anything about it afterward! Once you’re sedated, we’ll begin any prerequisite procedures, such as bone grafting, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, and tooth extractions as needed.

With these out of the way, our team will use your customized surgical guide to precisely place implants in your jaw. These are of exceptional quality and are created by one of the top manufacturers in the industry. Once your implants are in place, we’ll put in your removable top bridge, or full row of dentures, followed by a fixed bottom bridge—unique to Signature Fit Dentures. This will stay in place during your healing process, which we’ll accelerate using growth factors. Found naturally in your blood, these can actually help you regrow lost bone!

Step 3: Transformation Complete
When you return to our office for the final step, you’ll be provided with a removable bottom bridge to replace your fixed bridge.
